Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the GOT Tables website and booking our table rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GOT Tables provides premium event table rentals for private, corporate, and commercial events. Our services include delivery, setup, and pickup of tables within our designated service areas in Melbourne and Greater Melbourne, VIC.

3. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due 3 days before delivery.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking and is valid for 48 hours.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• A refundable security deposit of $200 is required for all orders over $500.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or business cheque.
• Late payments may result in booking cancellation.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations 14+ days before the event: full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
• Cancellations 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days: non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once within 6 months.
• Postponements: we will transfer your reservation to a new date at no charge, subject to availability.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@gottables.com.

6. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is included within 30 km of our Melbourne depot.
• Delivery typically occurs the morning of your event between 8am and 12pm.
• You must ensure clear and safe access for our delivery team.
• Tables must be left in the same condition as received, with all items accounted for.
• Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning, damage beyond normal wear, or missing items.

7. Damage & Liability

You are responsible for the rented tables during the rental period. The security deposit covers minor damage. Significant damage, loss, or theft may incur additional charges up to the full replacement value of the items.

GOT Tables is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tables. Our total liability is limited to the rental fees paid for the affected booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GOT Tables and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
